In search of growth and confidence, many attend conferences, hoping to learn new techniques, discover new products, and elevate their services, yet still leave without the clarity they were looking for.
Many conferences today place a heavy emphasis on product over practice, leaving little space for true skill development. While they offer valuable education and exposure, they rarely provide the opportunity to experience treatments firsthand, test products in real time, or receive direct feedback on your own technique.

Facials & Feedback was created to bridge that gap.

At its core, this experience is built around something the industry has been missing: real-time, peer-to-peer feedback in a hands-on setting.

Estheticians partner together to exchange treatments, experiencing both sides of the service while providing immediate, constructive feedback on flow, pressure, modalities, and product application. This allows you to not only learn, but to feel, refine, and truly understand what you’re delivering in the treatment room.
What began as a small, hands-on workshop centered around this concept has evolved into a full conference experience, with education, brand discovery, and networking, while keeping the core focus the same: confidence through feedback.​

Facials & Feedback is designed not only to refine your skills, but to fully immerse you in the process of finding your confidence. It is intentionally hosted at a beachfront resort in Florida, because we believe restoring your confidence should take place in a setting that is equally restorative. It is our belief that confidence isn’t built by watching, it’s built by immersing yourself in the experience, receiving feedback, and refining your skills.

Day 1
Education + Connection
Attendees participate in professional training sessions, panel discussions, engage with skincare brands and vendors, and build a deeper understanding of products, ingredients, and protocols.

Day 2
Hands-on Experiences
Estheticians are paired to perform and receive treatments while providing real-time feedback on technique, flow, pressure, and product usage. This allows attendees to experience their service from the client perspective, and leave with practical, immediately applicable improvements, along with greater confidence in their work.

As Facials & Feedback continues to grow, we're expanding the experience to include hair removal. We feel that hair removal feedback is just as essential as other services when it comes to helping estheticians refine their technique, improve speed and precision, and build confidence.

Participants will have the opportunity to partner together and perform services such as leg waxing or Brazilian waxing, while receiving real-time constructive feedback on technique, speed, pattern, client experience and more.

Just like our facial exchange, this is designed to give you the opportunity to refine your skills, gain confidence, and experience your service from both the provider and client perspectives.
