What is The Golden Glow Project?
Connecting Spa, Wellness, and Beauty Professionals with Volunteer Opportunities in Their Communities.
Welcome to The Golden Glow Project - an organization built on compassion, connection, and care.
The Golden Glow Project began with a simple but powerful mission: to bring comfort, care, and connection to seniors in their golden years through volunteer spa days. What started in assisted living communities has grown into a nationwide movement of licensed spa, beauty, and wellness professionals using their skills to uplift others through compassionate service.
We’re growing - but our heart remains the same.
As our community has grown, so has our mission. Today, The Golden Glow Project proudly supports not only seniors, but also cancer patients, first responders, individuals affected by PTSD, those experiencing grief - along with many others in need of relaxation, healing, and human connection.
Though our reach has expanded, our heart remains the same. We are still deeply rooted in our core values: to uplift, restore, and bring comfort to those who need it most. We create meaningful opportunities for spa, wellness, and beauty professionals to give back through spa days, makeovers, wellness events, retreats, and more—all thoughtfully designed to serve people facing physical or emotional hardship. From soothing the fragile, aching skin of someone undergoing radiation to offering a quiet moment of care for a trauma survivor, each act of service brings dignity, relief, and a powerful reminder that they are not alone. At the heart of everything we do is the belief that skilled, compassionate touch can transform lives.
When you join The Golden Glow Project, you become part of a mission-driven community committed to service, healing, and human connection. Whether you’re a student or licensed professional ready to volunteer, a brand looking to give back, or a facility seeking meaningful support— we welcome you to be part of this philanthropic movement.
Together, we radiate the golden glow of compassion, bringing light, relaxation, and happiness into the lives of others one healing experience at a time.
